      Pros

      paycheck, there's nothing else from a positive standpoint I can say about this company. Very poorly ran company.

      Cons

      this place is a scam plain and simple. we are told to do the best job we can to "hide" the fee with our smooth talking script so the customer doesn't hear it. "management" and that's a term used very loosly considering none of them have any management experience, education or how to actually run a company. Unless your sleeping with them or party with them on the weekends you will be treated like dirt. Too many indians running around trying to be chiefs. Go work at Mcdonalds and you will be much happier.

      Great Pay Great Schedules Co-Workers who are a pleasure to work with Nice work Facility / Break rooms / Restrooms Promotions are available to current employees BBB Accreditation

      Cons

      Technology within the company could use some updating. Have to call IT to work on computers and phone systems quite a bit.

      Pros

      They start you out at a higher than average hourly wage. They had a ping pong area in the office you can use on your breaks.

      Cons

      If you are not use to being micro managed (typical in this industry) and able to meet quota's because of stress this place may not be for you. The owners throw an annual pic nic and they also have a few other events throught the year. Also, I hear that sometimes NBA makes a mistake and doesn't pay their customers bill(s) - one of their very own employees had this problem and decided to do his own biweekly payment.
