      No sense of direction, very poor communication, Place is a revolving door, lots of favoritism towards​ certain employees.

      Being a small division of 6 loan officers, I got to work close with the rest of the team and the 1 processor we had

      The live leads suck. The lead source was also a broker who was saving the best leads for his own benefit.
