Pros
The lower level staff were alright and the building was alright to work in. I worked near by so that helped.
Cons
This company seems to only care about money. The management team bonuses and salary were very high for this tiny non-profit. Extremely high turnover. No advancement unless you had connections. Last CEO Terminated almost all the staff a few years ago and hired a bunch of her cronies. Hired a new CEO since, but she kept all the cronies and has made no changes.
