Horrible work environment - District Manager National Property Management Associates Employee Review

National Property Management is the best Company I have ever worked for and I have been in Property management for 25 years. I have been an employee with NPMA for 6 1/2 years and they have treated me like family. I can't say enough great things about this company, from owner to my boss's all have been amazing. They have been by my side through many challenges that I have gone through the years, They always encourage that family comes first so work life balance is great. When you work at a company that respects you as a person and doesn't treat you like a number is very important and NPMA holds those values for everyone of their employees which in return makes me work harder for them each and everyday.

I know that there is always to say something negative about a company, however I can honestly say that I don't have anything to say that is a con, as long as you are a hard working employee and do your job at 100% then they will stand by your side and hold on to you for the long haul.

Exposure to a wide range of property management responsibilities as you will need to do a lot of things on your own because it is a smaller company

Workload can be very demanding and you may not always have communication or operational support. Opportunities for growth are also limited because it's such a small company. Upper management is mainly family members.
