They portray to their customers that they self perform the work being provided to their customers however they outsource over 95% of the work to subcontractors. The company is EXCESSIVELY SLOW to make a decision and tend to be focused on the negative and tear down an employee rather than give them the tools to succeed and build their knowledge base.
