Pros
Great if you work in house stay away from T W Corp or contractor offer this is a job opportunity for spectrum installation as a technician. TW Corp will employ you as an hourly employee and only pay for 40 hours no overtime while training.
Cons
Spectrum controls if you work here they hold the contract and decide if they will hire you. Their are other companies that pay better in NC the tools needed will far exceed the forty hrs given. The pay period is 3 weeks behind they have you start and work with no overtime while training and the days are twelve hrs or more a day. You get one day off a week if you make any money you will not have time to spend it. The employees have a cult like following for the owner Thomas White. He will tell you that he will do all he can do to get you to work for them but with the pay three weeks behind you will get minimum wage if spectrum tells him you are not approved to be a contractor then you will never break even on your tool costs. The company will also charge you a onboarding fees which will include your background check drug testing it equals up to no pay. This rate equals up to $4.44 /hr you are supposedly a contractor but you have not signed a contractor.
