Working in the yard can be tough dealing with the heat and intense stream of pickups

Pretty decent pay benefits etc. Truck maintenance is pretty good, and was satisfied with fleet maintenaces ability.

Management is not very receptive to almost anything you might need to discuss. And if you do discuss anything be sure to believe that if it in any way shape or form holds up deliveries from being made, you are the one that is wrong. If you do need a vehicle repaired to continue, they will try to prioritize deliveries over the repairs. this happened for weeks, sometimes months until I forgot to bother about it. And finally catastrophic part failure, and somebody needs to be blamed for it.
