Pros

No weekends or holidays, but limited time off otherwise; time off for medical or dental appointments is questioned and a challenge to get because of poor staffing.

Cons

Poor leadership at the Thorton location; backed up by poor upper management for turning a blind eye to the concerns of this location. High turnover in supportive (receptionist, nursing, MA/lab) roles due to the leadership in this clinic. Abusive, retaliatory actions by many; it goes unchecked by upper management. Very hostile. The "favored" run the show through intimidation and belittlement, not by quality example.
