Pros
Entrepreneurial, performanced-based, results-focused culture Compensation is above market with unlimited earning potential Plentiful, highly-converting leads at no cost to agents Paid training Company pays for nationwide licensing A ton of ongoing coaching and training Very involved leadership at all levels Great perks - contests, dinners, tickets to sporting events High-energy, competitive, fun environment
Cons
The expectations are very high, and consequently, to be successful, agents have to put in long hours and work hard. It wasn't always this way, and as the culture changed to being more performance-based, those who were hired under lower expectations have had a hard time adjusting. This has created some negativity in the office from those agents and can sometimes be a distraction for those of us who were hired with the expectation of how the culture is today.
