Your post doesn't matters here, you may be made to work more than what you are required to do, in some divisions and in some divisions you will feel like you are hardly given any work. There is no UNITY OF ORDER. Very trivial things like your dress up is focused more on rather than the work you do.Work distribution is not proper

After joining everyday you will feel motivated to join any other better organisation and leave NCDC. This will be a driving force for your future progress.

Cons

Once you joined here you will automatically realise what a blunder you have made. If you are already working in good organization and profile then better to stay there or join any other organisation avoiding NCDC. Unprofessionalism in work and behavioral issues are common at mid hierarchy of the organisation.
