Pros
The people are amazing. Almost everyone that works here below the management level is cool, laid back, and interesting. First-level supervisors are generally cool because they do the same work as everyone else in the trenches. There's a great sense of community among the workers.
Cons
Management has no idea what it is doing. They have no interest in maintaining a satisfied workforce and are happy to tell you to hit the road if you don't like it. Decisions from the top are made for opaque reasons and any questions are met with disdain, if not outright hostility. Upper level management sees no problem with putting employees through a never-ending capacity nightmare while promising new clients expanded coverage that they have been unable to deliver for years.
