- A good company if you are just starting in your career but not an ideal company for experienced employees. - The company tends to hire more contractors than FTEs.
Cons
- The onboarding of new employees needs room for improvement. Learning curve is steep if there is limited or insufficient guidance during the onboarding phase. - The IT process is not streamlined. Needs more structure and consistency in the process. Employees who have been with the company for a long time are not receptive to change.
