Cons
The salary wasn't great from the beginning and no updates, so inflation eats up your salary in a year really. Management makes a mess. Processes are over complicated and messed up, DevOps and Agile are the only empty sounds here. Even benefits are restricted, so you can't spend them on what you want, but some trash.
