The rules on what you can and cannot do are constantly changing, therefore leading to many instances where you do something wrong.
Writers are usually lost because they hear about the changes last.
The content they want and the content you end up writing doesn’t leave you fulfilled.
Voices and opinions of the editors and writers aren’t heard by the upper management team.
You will most likely be let go at a short notice, therefore leaving you very unemployed quick.
There were very few people who gave positive or inspiring feedback. The ones that did aren't working for Narcity anymore.
There is definitely a popularity contest here when trying to move up. The quality and time you put into your work apparently isn't enough.
