Thank you for taking the time to submit feedback on your experience with NSC. Please allow me to comment on a couple of your concerns. Our Management does encourage feedback both positive and negative. All feedback helps create a better Company and working environment for everyone. The Internet should be an open place for positive as well as negative comments. I encourage and embrace both. Regarding replacements- I can assure you that I have never replaced an entire staff anywhere. We have an extensive HR process prior to any employee termination.
