Pros
Location-the inn is situated ideally for guests to visit local attractions. The management and ownership teams believe that happy staff means happy customers, and they are right. Each member of the team is treated with respect and made to feel they have a seat at the table. The General Manager is easy going, open, honest, hard working and is highly respected in the hotel and hospitality industry. She treats people with respect and is open and fair. The front desk team is happy and friendly, and together with the concierge go above and beyond to provide guest satisfaction. I cannot say enough good things about working for this small, family owned hotel. Excellent pay, benefits, and vacation PTO.
Cons
It's a small hotel, so has to turn away some business. As a Sales Manager, that is not something you want to do, but it just means the business is doing well.
