Experienced people can find a better company for sure. Don't fall pray to their onsite opportunities perks. They try to earn more by sending you onsite. You actually don't get much out of it. Salary for experienced people isn't upto the mark. The training institute they opened recently also seems to be a typical marwari business idea of them and nothing more than that. So people who are willing to take training by paying exorbitant fees, be aware. You can self learn what they teach there.
There are frequent layoffs when they are not able to find the projects. So be aware of this before joining. Lot of personal recommended employees by their relatives and friends who aren't actually talented stay here for long. Favouritism at its peak.
