      Pros

      Can adjust your own schedule anytime, great families and great manager. Direct deposit every Friday. Can recruit for extra bonuses.

      Cons

      The app and the website needs help, it's not user friendly and had a few families complain.

      Pros

      Working with Nannypod has been a wonderful experience. The families/ children I have worked with/ are working with currently are absolutely perfect and I could not be luckier! Being able to make my own schedule is also super great!

      Cons

      There isn’t much I can complain about! The app was confusing at first but is getting much better and easier to use!
