Pros
Very regular socials with team. Graet Kudos system where you could shout out colleagues who had done a really good job and helped you out.
Cons
Salaries very inequitable and treatment of support staff was poor. Culture at Group very different to the UK head office and salaries weren't equal to UK head office either. Values rarely adhered to. Only people who used Kudos were non-senior embers of the team - should have been used by Directors too.
