Pros
Co-workers/Staff, working with clients in every type of industry. Weekends off.
Cons
Unrealistic expectations, very high stress, no work/ life balance. Very poor upper management that like to use fear tactics, micromanagement and bullying. I worked for the company for a little over a year, as is pretty typical for most employees due to the turnover. Be very, and I mean very forewarned about their odd pay structure. They don't tell you, but I did see several employees have their pay cut due to not meeting sales goals. You're reviewed every quarter, and if you haven't met a certain sales goal, they WILL cut your salary, leaving you virtually penniless. Your day as a Sales Executive (Customer Service Representative) will be spent entirely on the phone. If youre not on the phone, management is right there to find oit why. Upper management does literally nothing all day except review performance reports, micromanage, and lure new bodies into the position through glorified job postings and titles. The staff are what make this company churn, while the money flows right into their pockets. As some of the other reviews state, literally every employee hates, and I mean hates their job. It's the only conversation that takes place amongst Co workers. Take this review and the others for what you will, but I guarantee you, you will have the same thoughts and literally hate working for this company.
