Pros
Growth outlook; they're financially stable and hiring new people Very wonderful coworkers; diverse, kindhearted, dedicated, and who truly care about one another as people Great mission; once I really understood what they do and all the ways I do it, it was very inspiring Leadership are kind, tremendously talented people who have a vision for impact and are dedicated to doing it for all the right reasons Process-oriented; they're serious about revamping systems and increasing efficiency as they grow Equitable; they take seriously the questions of having an equitable organization across the very very diverse places and cultures they work within. Additionally, they generally don't hire expats; they hire Mozambicans when there are openings in the Mozambique office, etc.
Cons
Growing pains; it's not easy to grow processes across a global organization, and they haven't always gotten it right Org has had trouble figuring out how to keep C suite deeply involved in operations while still empowering new hires and other senior and mid level staff Workaholism; like many (most?) organizations, staff at all levels have more on their plates than they can handle
