Pros
I don't know what it was like to work with Gary Gardner, but from all of the stories that I've heard, it sounded like a wonderful, unbelievable experience. He seems like an amazing man whose shoes are hard to fill.
Cons
Where do I begin? Let's see... • The 'us' versus 'them' culture • You may get treated like a second class citizen, depending... • You will get ahead if you brown nose. So be a good brown noser or else! • It seems as though the foosball table is the most important. All hail the foosball table. • The snooty, haughty, and narcissistic attitudes • Unexpected cuts, which makes people afraid and stressed out • Elevators are constantly breaking down • Too cold in the winter and too hot in the summer • One employee may have to do the jobs of 3-5 people • Ridiculous expectations to be met • Not much work/life balance • Nasty bathrooms. • People not washing hands after using said bathroom and putting hands in the food instead of using utensils. • There's an endless laundry list of cons. This is an AA Hair Care Company and AA women empowerment is now non-existent
