Pros
NALA is a growing start-up / scale up, this comes with growing pains, learning opportunities and sometimes ambiguity. For the right person, with the right mentality, who values growth, ownership, intensity and hard work, it's an amazing place to be. A few years here will accelerate your career.
This type of environment won't be right for everyone, but the exposure to execs, the opportunity to contribute and shape the direction of the product/company is massive
Cons
Sometimes their is ambiguity / uncertainty around projects or initiatives at the company. This can feel a little paralysing and some people won't enjoy that. As such, the pace of change can feel frantic as the company evolves from this 0-1 to 1 - 10 phase.
As a small, young business the benefits are not amazing, but compensation is good.
