- Extremely high turnover rate including managers and C level executives. You can see an entire team leaving in one quarter (As for example in my team : Half of team members have been be fired and half have left for another fearing becoming jobless)
- Unhappy Employees.
- Management completely disconnected.
- Every week, they dismiss employees contracts making work environment very unhealthy.
- Family and friends company.
- Management : Poor Leadership.
- HCM and Accounting solutions are not ready for implementations (And you will be asked to hide the truth and sell them)
- Many existing customers are leaving (Higher than the few acquired customers) making the future of Nakisa Uncertain.
- No worklife balance, you will spend most of your time working.
- Be careful, most of the Glassdoor comments are fake and posted by HR. Some of the positive reviews are posted by newhires employees, you will be asked to post a review during your probation period.
