Pros

I have been working in Nagarro from the last 5 year, I didn't feel ever politics in UI/UX team, when you will work in project sometimes you'll feel bit dominant or influence by project managers but this is fine, this is just because of to deliver project on time. We have good work life, you can do work from home at any time, flexible timing is playing key role to satisfying employee.

Cons

Most of the people in the Nagarro doesn't know difference between UI Developer & UI Designer. They will call you & treat you just like designer. If you are working in project and working hard to delivery great UI, in the end of project, manager will not share any credit with you, they thinks you did just design work and gives all the credits to .Net or Java developers. HR also will consider you as designer and at time of appraisal they have pre-decided amount for you (designers) even you working good or bad. I think HR doesn't know that you writing HTML, CSS, JavaScript & writing logic in JavaScript.

Let me first thank you for your feedback here. The topic that you bring up here about UI Developers vs UI Designers is something that I have also thought about a lot. I have requested HR and the design COE to look into this. I suggest that you come and meet me in the office so that we can discuss specific issues that you are facing. But regardless, this is something that we want to streamline over the next few months. Thank you once again for the time spent on providing feedback.

Pros

Very flexible and good for work/life balance. Insurance is fully paid for by the company and doesn’t come out of your check which is a pro.

Cons

For this position, your employment only goes as far as billable hours go. If they are running low on projects, they will give you a 2 weeks notice to look for a project within the company and HR claims they will help you, but in my experience they did not.
