“So far so good! ” - Lead UI Design Nagarro Employee Review

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review here on Glassdoor. Yes, we also think that we have a great culture and work atmosphere and we continue to work on it to make it better and preserve the good parts in it. We don't often hear about salaries being low at Nagarro (we normally hear the opposite), so I am surprised at this con. We always want to be a better than average company in terms of pay scales. Currently, we are engaging in a brand new exercise for benchmarking our salaries against those of the industry. This will help us provide more insight into the salaries that we offer.
