Only pros was immediate work from home as soon as covid made its headway into India in 2020
Cons
Micromanagement is too high in this company. Worst part is their attendance system. Your timesheet is approved. And you are billed with client. Still they will mark you as absent because of their timesheet management. They will ask you to work on weekend and will say initially that you will get monetary compensation for that but latter management will retract it . So you just worked day and night but don't expect compensation for that. There is no such thing like work-life balance in this company.
