Pros
Good colleagues, Fixed compensation structure
Cons
Mostly people are allocated based on staff augmentation approach. Just for sake of process, the employees are asked their interest areas, but if someone denies a project they are forced by HR into accepting it. There is no concept of internal jobs posting in the company. Even if you find a opportunity in some project which suits your skill set and aspirations, the project allocation team doesn't allow you to join that team. They doesn't care about the employee's skillset or their aspirations. There are numerous small projects and they keep rotating BAs in these projects. There have been scenarios where projects have been changed more than 7 times in span of two years. Such projects are very generic in nature with tight deadlines and doesn't provide any domain learning. Onsite opportunities are also very limited and generally short term (2-8 weeks)
