One gets to interact with diverse people during project discussion :)

Cons

* There is no structure for these project interviews (theoretically, there should be only mapping related discussion and not evaluation), but many times, some junior project guys would be taking senior employee's project interview and ask anything , many talk very rude without having any respect for the past experience that new hires are having. * The project allocation process should be closely monitored, this is making the new hires very negative and apprehensive of working in Nagarro. This is due to so many negative project discussion experience.

1. No proper onboarding, No training provided on PM tools. No template provided. 2. Managers - Micro management. Personality Issues. This person will be fired from any company. 3. Adding more and more work. Knee jersey reactions. Calling team members to prepare ppt. 4. The SOP prepared by sales team doesn't have any guard rails. 5. The leadership does not have the courage to standup. As we are collateralable damage. 6. This company is toxic. Please do not join. You will be harassed and abused. 7. I wonder why there is no investigation even when I reported it to HR.
