Very bureacratic - Developer Nagarro Employee Review

Dear ex-colleague, you seem to have been frustrated at Nagarro. Perhaps you were working in a team whose leader favored some people over others. We have several checks and balances for that situation including project change requests (that we take very seriously) and 360 degree feedback. We also altered the old model where the BUs "owned" people for this very reason - now we all work from a central pool. Perhaps the changes came too late for you.
