Dear colleague,
Thank you for providing feedback. In my response, I aim to provide more information which should address some of the concerns that you have with working at Nagarro.
When Nagarro says "Enterprise Agile", the Agile in it doesn't only imply Agile Software Development - it implies our mindset and ability to work in a fast-changing environment - it highlights one of our core values.
That said, yes, the majority of our projects are done using agile methodologies. But why should the cost model of a project have a bearing on the development model? It is feasible to have a fixed cost project which is executed in an agile development fashion. If you'd like to discuss this in more detail, I am happy to meet you and understand why you see this as a con.
With regards to bidding on Java projects, we don't bid on projects based on technology, we bid on projects based on the problem that we need to solve - some require Java to be used, others require other tech stacks. Also, nor do we have java resources "sitting" on "bench", so you shouldn't worry about it so much.
Feel free to reach out to me if directly if you'd like to discuss any of these topics or others.
Regards.
