- Low salaries, limited promotion opportunities - dependent on team work can be stressful - old office building in Hamburg - impossible to work fully remotely - if you don't have AT LEAST completed master's degree (better PhD), it will be difficult/impossible to get in, to get promoted etc. Don't expect good salary in this case (thanks to IG-Metall contracts in Germany). If you are a software engineer with just a bachelor's degree, don't apply here - these salaries are a joke, you can do better in another company
