General conditions good, good atmosphere, flexible working hours, some benefits packages, with good contributions to the pensions. Clean and well maintained working environments.
Cons
Pay not bad but could be better. Always a long hard fight to get promotions. Recent merger is causing some uncertainty and speculation of changes, sell offs etc.
