      3-4 day rotating schedule is good. They allow you to work overtime for half a shift 6hrs whichever you like. Great coworkers and simple job. Pay is decent for what the job requires.

      Cons

      Standing for 12 hours on metal floors can be challenging sometimes. No room for upward mobility.
