Pros

Strong Industry Presence: Well-known in the IT services and Unified Communications market with a solid portfolio and long-standing client relationships. Diverse Technology Solutions: Offers a wide range of services, including UC/AV, cloud migration, network infrastructure, and managed services. Supportive Team Environment: Many teams foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across technical and non-technical groups. Exposure to Cutting-Edge Tech: Opportunity to work with modern platforms like Microsoft Teams, Crestron, Poly, and cloud solutions. Opportunities for Growth: Good exposure to enterprise clients and complex projects, which can build skills quickly. Flexible/Remote Options (where applicable): Some roles offer remote or hybrid work arrangements, enhancing work-life balance.

Cons

Fast-Paced Environment: The workload can be demanding with multiple projects running concurrently and tight deadlines. Growing Pains: Like many companies expanding their services, Processes, and communication may sometimes feel inconsistent or siloed. Limited Career Path Transparency: Internal advancement opportunities may not be well-known to employees. Resource Constraints: At times, staffing and resources can feel stretched due to the volume of projects. Benefits and Compensation: Competitive, but may not always match larger enterprise-scale organizations in the industry.

Pros

Great place to work, leadership and work environment are excellent. I love the challenge of working on different environments.

Cons

They do not do well at giving yearly pay raises, making it feel like you get left behind in pay.

Pros

Unlimited PTO? Is it really unlimited, though? People on my team are great and are always willing to help each other, but we are all so overbooked that we don't have the time to help each other.

Cons

Company culture is horrible. There is no care for the employees or clients; only the bottom dollar on how much money they can make. They force the account managers to push products the clients don't need or want, and then the engineers get in trouble when they push back.
