      Pros

      Tons of PTO and paid holidays off. M-F schedule day time shifts. Flexible schedule. Great organization to work for.

      Cons

      Super high caseload that is stressful. Training is chaotic and too much is put onto supervisors- they are all great but too busy to properly train new people.

      Hybrid remote work, work culture, office space is clean and new, employer actually cares about workers. New CEO with innovative ideas!

      Cons

      Pay could be higher, but it is non profit work, insurance premiums are high, Senior Management could hire to reflect population served.
