Pros

Lacey is the best boss anyone could ask for! There is an opportunity to build real, solid relationships with clients, a lot of autonomy with the position, and the support of a National firm (SRA). The company is small, so you can be involved in anything/everything you want to. Changes can be implemented quickly, things are ever-evolving, and the team is wonderful. We all like to hang out together and are actively working to spend more time together, versus working remotely every day. Work/life balance is important to everyone and the recruiting/staffing world isn't always known for this, however, NWRP is great at giving the flexibility and time off everyone needs to feel refreshed. I love working where I can truly take ownership of what I do, have variety, and also have a supportive team I can learn from. This firm is the first place I've found that in my career!

Cons

Zero! In all reality, recruiting is what you make of it. There is always going to be more work to be done and more people to find, but I truly enjoy the clients I work with, roles I work on, the variety of people I talk to, and have an awesome team to work with.

Pros

I found the best employer I could ever ask for! Teammates are supportive, great working environment and culture, and management is transparent. Lots of opportunities to learn and grow and lastly, micromanaging is not in the company's vocabulary as well.

Cons

Been in the company for 7 months now and have no cons I've encountered so far.

Pros

I feel very fortunate to have a job with NWRP! I'm new to the Recruiting world, but have received such strong mentorship from the leadership team at the company. I know I can go to any one of my team members and ask questions or collaborate on a role. And I get to work from home too! It's been such an awesome opportunity so far.

Cons

Working from home has both positive and negative attributes. I'd love to see my coworkers more, but know they're only a Zoom or phone call away if I need them.
