Huge company.. many opportunities in different departments… located in different states and international opportunities…working with animals

Many acquisitions being added quickly. This also means that a lot of locations have different policies and approaches to operations/decisions and company allows for locations to continue to run like their own small company. This makes it difficult to be compliant and consistent.
