A few great co-workers. The best ones have left though. Free food (that is probably the most positive thing about working here.) IF YOUR ARE GOING TO WORK HERE DO YOUR HOMEWORK!
Cons
This is the most toxic place I have worked. The leadership team is completely out of touch with what the employees and customers think. Clients are leaving fast because the product is terrible and doesn't perform despite promises that things are being fixed. It is really hard selling or supporting a product that is subpar to competitors. People will buy because of the salesperson and might stay for a year because of their account manager. After that, they can't justify the cost and end up moving to another tool that does the same thing but better and is stable. The companies key employees (and smartest ones) left last year and early this year, and people have been heading for the doors ever since. Every day I come in another respected person has given 2 weeks. The remaining list of good employees is short. The company is spiraling out of control. If you are thinking of coming here reach out to current and former employees and find out what they think. Back biting, politics, games, and manipulation is getting out of control. People are being used as scapegoats for things that aren't even part of their job. Several people I talk to daily were offered significant amounts of money to stay, but they turned it down because the environment is that bad. In 3 instances I know it was hurting peoples outside lives so much they had to move on.
