Pros
There is not a single Pro, besides the team that is not management. The entire team from all departments have the same feelings, and are great people to work with. Unfortunately, management will make sure that no one succeeds. They are so cheap its a running joke amongst the entire corporate and field team, They have been given so much feedback but refuse to listen or change. So these reviews are what you are walking into, and this situation will not get better. Only worse.
Cons
Prepare to be micromanaged by someone who has no idea what they are doing and will tell you to go stand in an account and harass them until they tell you why the don't carry NuFACE anymore. (Because NuFACE has been surpassed by newer better brands, and refuses to spend any money on marketing or any supplies). NuFACE will pay you the bare minimum, give you no materials, not let you buy a single thing for accounts or prospects, put you on the worst flights and in the worst hotels, call you 6 times a day so you can explain to the bosses friend who is a failed real estate agent who is now a "consultant" with the company how you are spending your day. You don't get commission on new accounts, unless you reach your goal, and if you do reach your goal, they will make your goals higher to make sure you never reach them. They will make sure they don't pay you any commission. The company is going broke, and is desperate. They expect reps to open new doors and revive relationships that have been damaged over years with no new launches, marketing materials or display items. Just show up at the account with some filthy frame and a print out for one of the Sephora promos on your lil bubble jet printer and pop that up in the spa. If you take this job, this should be your last resort, and you should be looking for something else the entire time.
