Dear Employee, Thanks for your valuable feedback. Please find the points below. 1. We always make sure our employees are getting salary on-time. However, the salary process was delayed two days last April due to technical issues. 2. We are closely monitoring resources who is underperforming. Micromanagement is required to correct the resource who is not meeting the expectation, 3. We always make sure the deliverables should go smoothly. Hence we are seeking our resource weekend support during deliverables and we provide comp off for the same. 4. We have improved our Cafeteria recently.
