      Pros

      Good pay (17% commission on tickets for mechanics with 1 ASE, up to 18%). Comprehensive benefits and if you are a salaried or hourly mgr or mechanic you are eligible at the first of the month after you sign on. Ability to move up in the company (at least at my store).

      Cons

      Insane hours, benefits are expensive and not that great

      Pros

      Was very open about the job and pay. The goals of the store itself and as a team. Very friendly and welcoming.

      None come to mind as of now or are foreseeable.
