Good hours, well known company, commission and hourly, and the ability to transfer to other stores
Cons
Commission plans change often, Could make $35,000 on year and $25,000 the next with the same sales. Pricing of service continues to go up as well as sales quotas. Remove commission for using coupons they send out. Tend to have the highest cost of service out of their competitors
