There is a lack of leadership and direction here and it finds its way down to micro-level parts of the organization. Everything from the inconsistent messaging from sales & marketing down to the easiest task of ordering lunch once a week. Individual contributors and younger team members are impacted to the most heavily as it leaves them with no sense that their work is valued, no means of mentorship, and no clear outlook on future opportunities
