Pros
The hours are not too bad, 55-60 hours a week, professional expectations, ok bonus plan if ever obtained, 401k with company contribution, benefits, vacation and personal time.
Cons
All stores are short staffed, bonus numbers are out of reach, tough to schedule vacations when the company has super sale weekends where all staff is required to work, and these are pretty much every week off ever month.
