      Simple easy to use computer system to learn. Web based training and formal training up to par for the industry.

      Cons

      Pay is way below industry standards, No real career path to follow and commission pay plan needs a lot of work.

      Was very open about the job and pay. The goals of the store itself and as a team. Very friendly and welcoming.
