      - Supporting and safeguarding children and young people is extremely rewarding - many passionate and dedicated staff and volunteers

      Cons

      - management do not adhere to the organisational values - cronyism is now apparent with staff being promoted on the basis of their relationships with managers and treated more favourably than other staff - it's about whether your face fits or not rather than ability
