10yThanks for taking the time to post and we are really sorry that you clearly feel so negatively about your time at the NSPCC. We have recently been looking at the extent to which we do as you say – ie allow staff to make decisions. There is no doubt that we can do better and our staff survey this year bears this out. So this is real priority for us – thank you for raising it. We always challenge bullying – we have a zero tolerance of it. If we have failed in your case then we are sorry. We certainly do value all of our staff but there is no doubt that working on our helplines can be tough. We do know that we need to work hard at ensuring that our staff feel just how much they are appreciated.
