      - Fast growth if you’re consistent (I moved to Team Lead pretty early) -You gain sales and communication skills - Good exposure to real client handling and closing deals - Team environment is generally helpful

      Cons

      - Night shift is tough to manage long-term - Targets and pressure can feel overwhelming sometimes - Work-life balance depends a lot on workload - Some days can be mentally exhausting

      There are no benefits to working here.

      Cons

      The organization is running a predatory recruitment model in the U.S. the company hires you, has you develop leads for a month, and then lets you go without paying you. They do not have a license to operate out of any of the U.S. states they sell into and when I asked about compliance, I was let go. 100% scam.
