      Location of college is good.

      Cons

      Biased appraisal system, people who work for the organization don't get justice. The workers who blatantly butter the boss up get good hike. They have adopted very bad management policies. Here Gazetted holidays are not included in NSHM holiday list.

      Remuneration is standard compared to other colleges.

      Cons

      Bad management & HOD levels have very poor transparency alongside the principal levels. Also extra long working hours of 8.5.
